[Resolved] Videocon Industries — lost a number of free and paid channels - d2h | |
Despite making full payment well before the due date, D2H has blocked a number of free and paid channels from my pack. The screen went suddenly blank and all I see now is that the channel is not part of your subscription. Ironically I have paid full monthly payment well before the due date and even some of the free channels are lost. When I call customer care the call connects consuming the post paid mobile bill but all I hear is 'All our agents are busy please try after sometime" Uptill now I must have wasted at least 30 -40 calls.
