Videocon Industries Ltd. — fridge bottle rack broken

Sir, i purchased a 80 litre refrigerator. very first day when it was being delivered, your salesman visited for demo and said that i can keep pet bottles worth capacity of 1 litre. now my side bottle rack had been broken. i complaint to your customer care executive. in response your executive visited but refused to repair the side door cabinet as he replied that it is because of your fault, we cant change or repair this. but sir my refrigerator is still under warranty. Again i complained at your website regarding my problem and in response they replied that my complaint has been sent for consideration in their concerned branch. But sir 20-25 days have been passed by, no any action has been take yet. Sir, i am facing too much problem and i humbly request you to take positive action. Please tell me your final decision.
