Our washing machine is not working ,some one said that its PCBe get damage. the model number is VA 60. the complaint was attended and they inform they have to change some switch but till now no one has turned back to replace the same. When called up call center they say that they dont have stock the machine is the latest model if this the case i do not recommend to my friends & relatives to go in for videocon product .

i have purchased a semiautomatic washing machine from Vikas sales J.B.NAGAR mumbai .from day 1 of taking the machine i m facing the problem i have so many time but nothing happened i m giving u all the detail
DAY1 washing tub jali come out
After a week dryer tub started giving problem it was not drying more then 3-4 clothes .then i complain and engineer frm vikas sales come but he coulnt solve my problem then i called them so many tme but nothing happened nd now the worst thing washing tub also stop working .pls help me out becoz i have a small kid and its very difficult fr me to manage.
