[Resolved] Videocon Industries — no refund after cancellation of new d2h connection order purchased online | |
I purchased new videocon d2h on 8/11/2018. After waiting for two days for installation, when no one came, i requested for cancellation and refund i waited few days for refund. When nothing happened i called they told me to drop a mail to customer support. Which i did on 16th november. After dropping mail i received call from videocon saying that i will receive my refund to my bank account till 27 nov. I waited and nothing happened. I called again to customer support, guy told me your installation is showing pending in the system. When it will get cancelled you will receive refund do not worry. Why my installation is in pending status when i already called to cancel it multiple time. I am regularly dropping mails to customer support after 27 nov but not receiving any response.
