[Resolved] Videocon Industries — no signal no channels no network for weeks | |||
Hi d2h customer care team Its been a great disappointment having subscribed to d2h services. I have been your customer for 2/3 year now and have two connections on consumer id 91810551. Now with disappointment i have to take actions for i am not being serviced or treated well. I have opted for the platinum package pay a good amount monthly... However every week i don’t have acess to animal planet/ national geographic/fyi etc are not a part of my package... I have to make minimum 15/20 calls to your cc and still no solution. Every time i call either your systems are down or it’s a package issue!!! Wow - will you extend my subscription for all these days you have not given me services??? And just to highlight to u... Tata sky and cable network remain available and unaffected unlike d2h... Even if a cloud passes the sky’s d2h goes offfffffff... Amazing Now since this morning i hv been getting this error however you home channels are working... If the card is not inserted properly or damaged how can your home channel be telecasted. From the above i can understand that this is a money making trick you are playing with me and many more customers by either not giving us acess to the channels we have paid for or my just keeping my entire subscription off “card damaged”... I will now forcefully have to report this issue to the consumer court and being from the media industry will also have this matter escalated to all social networks and news papers with in my reach.
