Videocon Industries — not implementing trai new rules | |
I am videocon d2h customer, based on trai's new rule i can select the channels i want, but videocon has not communicated me how to change to the new system. I had tried several number of times to contact the customer care but the line did not reach. It is breach of rules and trust where videocon has not implementing the new rules which would benefit the customers like me.. I want this to be redressed as soon as possible by giving clear communication to us Was this information helpful? | |

When delivery time i can't use this videocon 40" led tv. Model-LEDVJU40FH21XAFQA. The delivery boys or delivery online company's are not rosponding with this complaint. When i get this TV i can't use this TV. It's tv's Screen broken parcel open time. So please take a neccessary action. If have any mistake this complaint please appologise to me
