Videocon Industries — pack and validity changed without intimation | |||
Have recharged for one year as per videocon d2h offer, company has reduced my package validity and changed channels without further information or intimation!! This is not fair, i make so many calls and emails to said company but they are giving only excuses also marked cc to trai but they are not responding, so please help. My customer i'd is 53870127. My Cust id is[protected] and recharged with Rs.725, Balance Rs.742 on 3rd April.
And on 27th April 2019 my connection is cut within 23 days of recharge without prior information and pack validity shorten to 23 days only without intimation.
Now I don't want to continue with Videocon d2h kindly take away your dish and set top box and refund my money.
