Dear sir, I purchased videocon satellite lcd model no. 3204 under videocon paisa vasool offer 2010 in which received guranteed money back certificate of a sum of rs. 11000/-. I had send the money back certificate in original along with self attested id proof documents and bank details to "concerned officer, videocon industries ltd, 14km stone, aurangabad-paithan road, chitegaon, paithan-tq, aurangabad-dist pin 431105" The certifacate and the documents are received in the address and i have the postal registered acknowledgement as received on 15th april 2017. But there is no response till today hence decided to complaint it in consumer complaint forum with an hope to the amount assured in the bond.
