[Resolved] Videocon Industries — Regarding services provided | |||||
This is regarding my mail dated 31st December, 2016 regarding 'box hang' complaint submitted to Videocon D2H. We also complaint about the same on customer care. The ''so called engineer'' has attended our complaint after 5 days, inspite of the assurance that it will be attended within 24 hours. The STB has been changed 5th time in last 3 months and still the same problems persist. We cannot record, cannot forward or rewind, cannot see our old recordings and list of problem goes on. The concerned person doesn't understand the problem, doesn't know the solution and we are the sufferers. The executives only give excuses and do not have knowledge at all. They demand unnecessary money and we have already spent Rs. 2000 and still our problem is there only. Is this the service you provide to your dedicated customer? We have suffered enough and we have heard enough of the stories. Now we need our money back and uninstall Videocon D2H. This is the worst service provider we have ever seen.
