[Resolved] Videocon Industries — rude behaviour & non resolution of complaint by videocon d2h | |||
I am having d2h connection since it was launched and i am facing certain issues with the d2h. I called up your call center and spoke with manjinder singh sr. Supervisor punjab center & vijay partap they are not able to resolve my compliant and asking me for unnecessary charges which in my earlier service queries has never been charged where in engineer has also visited my residence earlier now you are asking for charges. I asked him that if you are asking for any unnecessary charges so i am having 6 connections at my house i would like to withdraw all the connections and give it yo your competitors they dont even feel once that the customer is leaving them they dint even once apologized and tried retaining the customer. They are so adamant and rude in their behavior that it doesnt matter to them if i withdraw all my 6 connections. Is this the way your customer service behaves and treat your customers??? I think that you have so many customers now that you dont value the old and loyal customers. I want the resolution and these executives to be removed immediately as they are not compatible for the customer service. I need strict action to be taken against manjinder singh sr. Supervisor punjab center & vijay partap If i dont get the proper resolution i will make a written complaint to consumer forum as i pay for my services and ask for the compensation as well Was this information helpful? | |||
