Videocon Industries — setup box not installed | |
I have requested for a new d2h connection in ongole.. From 7 days, it is not installed and customer care person are disconnecting the call if we ask about installation. They are convincing us to wait for 8working hours and from 7days, they are saying the same... The technician from ongole, told they wont do installation and aksed to request videocon d2h people about the issue... They didn't installed and updated in their system like they have already installed... Which is rediculous behaviour of technician and the staff of customer care service... We are fed up and asked for refund, they are saying they cannot refund the money and asking us to wait for some more days... Worst service by videocon d2h Was this information helpful? | |
