[Resolved] Videocon Industries — Signal of D2H are not receiving after one week time period of recharge | |
R/s i have registered complain no[protected].now one week passed but videocon d2h did not provide signal after recharge.Also a person without authentication received Rs 500 and told me that he will contact me after day. Company have given my contact number to this person but he receive money and d2h is not repair till now.I continuously calling to customer service center but i did not find any solution Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 6, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I am surprise to see that management are worry about solution who sitting at Noida .i got three phone calls about problem but nobody working at ground level.it takes about 21 days to finish work.One technician changed complete wiring in my house but no solution then second time same technician told me about fault in dish antina .Now problem find in camera of antina. It seems that they misguided us to make payment.Finally resolve problem.
