Videocon Industries — tv not working, in warranty | |
We purchased a Videocon UHD LED 55' TV from Vijay Sales in Dec 2016. TV stopped working on 15 June 2018. We called up Vijay Sales but they said warranty is covered directly by Videocon. We had to try several times to reach Videocon customer service. After multiple follow ups and payment of 1300/- a technician showed up. He said the PCB is faulty and needs replacement. So we have been waiting for replacement. Please speed up. Was this information helpful? | |
