I am videocon d2h customer and using the www.d2h.com portal to access my account for selecting the new packages my tv. However unable to loging in to portal since today morning sue to some issues. Evertime page is not opening. Every time page is redirected on home page. Tried via mobile app but its not worked. So please look in to this issue and resolve my problem. P

Updated by dindayal modak while tried to reset password but this function also not worked. i am not getting any temp password on my registered mobile. no sms coming.
