Unable to login to videocon d2h I've entered my mobile no. And the otp received on my mobile and then the captcha. But after hitting the login button, i'm unable to proceed. I need to choose the new channel packs from the website, i'd prefer the flexibility that the portal would provide. I guess this is serious malpractice from their end, forcing the customers to choose channel packs only through the phone call and hence they'll convince the customers for whatever they want.
