Videocon Industries — unable to select d2h own packages, prices and billing circle

Unable to select packages, dont know how to active packages, what will be the billing circle, pathetic customer support called several time 10 minute waiting and call disconnected everytime, mailed them several time (To nodal, corporate mail id) but no response received.

My dish service is closed from more than a week. How my service will resume, i have selected diamond sport combo pack but what will be the total pay amount i dont know. What will be my billing cycle???
