[Resolved] Videocon Industries — validity problem | |||
Videocon d2h Customer id 7875046 I recharged my videocon d2h on 27 dec 2016 for a year which must be validated upto 26 jan 2018. But account balance is showing 279 & validity degraded to 16 dec 2017. Why My customer id is 7875046. I had a talk with your customer care approx 1 hr. They don't have the proper answer. They told me i have activated some channels due to which validity get down but no channels have been activated from our side nor customer care able to provide any proof, in between they also admitted no channels have been activated from the customer side. I don't understand this. I requested for complaint number they haven't provided. Was this information helpful? | |||
