Videocon Industries — very bad service, cant use channel as per trai, my d2h is not even working | |||
As per new trai guidelines i am not able to choose my channel for last 5 days. Whenever i am trying to create my own pack using www.d2h.com and infinity app of videocon d2h it's giving error message "your package is not migrated, due to some technical error. Please contact customer care." As per the instruction i have called customer care several time in last 4 days but they are not able to help me get my channels active. Whenever i have called customer care they told me application is not working please call after one hour. The same statement i am getting from them for last 4 day. I don't know when this "one hour" will be completed. Can you please help??? Was this information helpful? | |||

Same for us as well. Pathetic service Videocon is providing. Customer service agents are rude and don't know anything about there system. If ask, to transfer call to some senior they are saying all manager's are busy. In there technical difficulties how come Videocon account money is getting deducted. They are fraud and thief's. Better to move to some other provider rather than putting our time and money with them.
