[Resolved] Videocon Industries — videocon d2h - account issue resolved for weeks | |||
Hello, My customer id is[protected]. Customer service is displaying a different customer id after 10 months. I'm unable to understand why. My balance is 600 on my app and they show 0. I have been repeatedly sending emails and making phone calls to customer service. They have been utterly and quite shamefully unapologetic and sending me template responses with no relevant information or with an intent to resolve my issue. Most of my recent emails have been not been responded to. Somebody is ignoring emails without accountability. Why? My money is locked. I can't use the device with another provider. I have old people at home relying on the tv to pass the day. Was this information helpful? | |||
