Videocon Industries — videocon d2h channel selection facility not allowed as per trai rules + login issues
I am unable to log into my Videocon d2h account[protected] with my regular password as well as OTP with my RTN.
As per TRAI’s new rules for DTH, cable TV operators, I am trying to change my existing package to channel selection package from last 1 week but unable to do so because of d2h login issues and poor response from their customer care. It seems Videocon d2h has intentionally blocked the customers logins.
When we call to customer care on videocon d2h for channel selection package, they are not replying with proper answers. Most of the times their customer care number is not connecting. Please resolve this on a top priority
This is more than a week now but still the problem has not resolved.
