[Resolved] Videocon Industries — videocon d2h - highly disappointed with the service
I have been using videocon d2h for the last 8 years, but the service provided by the company is highly unacceptable. Last 2-3 days only hindi cinema channels and lifestyles channels such as zee cinema, star gold, history tv, discovery etc are not coming. Message on this channels are showing "signal not available", but whereas in jamshedpur it is hot weather and there is no sign of rain nor clouds. Yesterday, when i contacted the customer care, they said they have done everything from there end and now they cannot do anything, they can only send the service engineer which will be chargeable. But my question is why do i have to pay, which is not my fault. The problem is occuring from videoncon d2h ends. All the channels are coming fine except the mentioned channels. So, i request videocon d2h officials to rectify the problem as soon as possible if you want to retain your loyal customer.
