[Resolved] Videocon Industries — videocon d2h package converted automatically from popular to goldlite | |||||
I'm using videocon d2h for last two months. My customer id is[protected] and account is 2130709. I had subscribed for 'popular' package. On 3rd may 2018, i had received a sms from videocon d2h that my package has been changed to goldlite, attached herewith for your reference. I don't know why it happened from videocon end. I don't find any benefit for me with this change. Only my monthly subscription price will go up from inr199 to inr215. I had called the helpline next day, but no positive response received. Two times i had written to videocon customer care but nobody bothers. Also, written to nodal officer but no solution. My old RTN number was lost and I forgotten my old RTN please upgrade my new number old number ( not protected/forgotten)my new number was (protected)can't be remembering my old RTN number please change my RTN and upgrade my number
