Videocon Industries — videocon d2h plan change without my concern | |||||
Sir As i m a user of videocon d2h service from last 2 years. I have recharged for 3 months with a plan called lite pack with 645 amount. But they have changed my plan without my concern and knowledge with gold pack . They reduced my validity date from 3 months to 2 months.that work has been done by his outbond team. When i have complaint about it they are not even resistrying my complaint. I want to take action on videocon and there customer care officials.
