Sir, on 19-3 2017 at 3.24 one of your colleague by name Roopa called my number [protected] and informed about the recharge offers. In that she told if we recharge for one month another month subscription will be free, similarly she told for six months and one year also. And she also told that the offer will be over by[protected] and immediately after recharge we will get the message of additional subscriptions. Accordingly I recharged for 6 months but I received only 128 Rs. Now I want to hear from your side in this regard.
