[Resolved] Videocon Industries — videocon d2h repeated error message smart card not inserted properly | |||
Hello, I am a consumer of videocon d2h. My customer id no is[protected] I am using video-con d2h since last 3 years and facing problem of "smart card not inserted properly", i called customer care, they say will charge 200 for visit/ Its happen repeatedly. My friend has slimier complain different engineer come every time and tell us different problem. Whether problem solve or not. Can i file customer complain against videocon?+ I am a consumer of videocon d2h.
