Videocon Industries — videocon d2h : trying to fool customers. not following trai rules. | |||
I am not able to login to my videocon d2h account. It just not getting logged in and so i am not able to select/modify channels. Another issue is videocon d2h is not allowing customers to customize the basic 100 channel pack they provide. According to trai rules operators should give users an option to select the 100 free channels (Apart from dd channels). Altogether they block all the ways a customer can be benefited. I have done the mistake of choosing videocon d2h. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir I am a Videocon d2h customer and customer id is[protected] i am ask to Videocon d2h customer care operator regrading new d2h activation plans they tell me now no new package is not available only old package is available now.pls help me.
