[Resolved] Videocon Industries — Videocon dth-cheating | |||||
I am Videocon dth subscriber with customer id no.[protected] subscribes monthly basis by paying Rs.275 pm. But the company has adopted dubious way of earning money by sending SMS to subscriber that your one more channel is activated and without customer consent deduct the amount from already paid monthly subscriptions and reducing the balance and number of days. I had paid Rs.275 on March 28, 2017 and my due date of renewal should have been 27.04.2017. But activating an additional channel without my knowledge or consent reduced the renewal date to 21.04.2017. This amount to cheating.The company should restore the renewal date to 28.04.2017 and avoid sending any massage of offer of additional channel and charging for it.
