Already sent 5 emails to [protected]@d2h.com I raised a disconnection request on 15th june and the connection is now disconnected. I have a balance of 3200 rs + the initial deposit. No refund has been provided so far and the customer care tells me it takes 2 months to refund the money. This is not acceptable. If i need a new connection can i pay after 2 months? This is a total fraud. It has been 2 months since i raised this complaint both on phone and email. No response from your side. I call the customer care then you connect me to some supervisor. That takes 30 mins.
I will never avail a Videocon service ever again. And will not recommend anyone to do it.
