[Resolved] Videocon Industries — videocon not following trai guidelines and cheating me

Hello, I had registered a complaint regarding incorrect billing of my account customer id for videocon[protected] on 30th of january 2019. I was being billed @ inr 496 a month, however as per my modified selection (Trai guidlines) i should have been billed @ inr 267.70 a month. The issue has not been resolved yet they are billing me more and providing only channels for 267.70 pack. Numerous times i have called you customer services support however the keep disconnecting me. I suggest you switch to Tata Sky or any other service provider, I have done the same Videocon is the worst in customer service, you will never hear back from them.
