Dear sir, i purchased videocon satellite lcd model no. 2201 under videocon paisa vasool offer 2010 in which received guranteed money back certificate of a sum of rs. 6500/-. I have contacted customer care several times for contact details to send / forward certificate for reimbursement or claim of rs. 6500/- money back offer but could not received it so far. Certificate issued by universal digital connect limited but so far no valid contact information and mailing address. I am very much upset with the customer care service and get rid of too many follow up of proper guidance. I've been using a videocn d2h set top box for the past 10 yrs. 6 months back, i'v been facing issues with the service.
I have paid for a replacement of the box, remote and the engineer visit.
The issue still persists. They have requested to send me more visits.
