[Resolved] Videocon Industries — worst d2h service | |||
I have recharged d2h for one year through online in the month of apr 17. Their is no signal for a particular timing from 06:30 am to approx 11:30 am. It has happen twice within in three months. Today since morning there is no signal. I am using setup box were as display shows : the smart card is not inserted properly. But smart card is not used by me and if set box is u/s then why signal breaks for a particular timing. The complain is lodged for second time, first time i cancelled the complain as the issue was resolved within a week automatically. But for last two days the issue has raised again. The customer care tried to resolve online but failed. He replied with a rubbish answer saying that your card may have some problem, if card has a problem then it should not work permanently, why signals fails for a particular timing. There was no answer by him. I request my 4700/- rs to be refunded because till the time i was doing monthly recharge there was no problem but as soon as i have recharged for a year the problem has started.
