[Resolved]  Videocon Mobile — Poor post sell service

I like to inform you one of issue related to Videocon mobile which I purchase on[protected] through flipkart ( my first Videocon mobile ). I like to mention that I am very unhappy with your service. Within 2 month of purchase this mobile stop working I give it to Videocon service center at Noida sector 18 (Ambe Electronics) . After one month of wait finally I got this mobile back although it is working but service done by you side is very rough I got my mobile which is not properly fit some screw are missing cover of speaker handel roughly and loose battery to mobile connecting hub also loose condition but since it is working and I am already wait for 1 month so I have no other option then accepting it. So I take it and use it by some trick like making paper support to back of battery. But after some time it get loose and it get switch off when there is any jerk so I went to your service center this time at Gorakhpur (UP-E), but he refuse to repair it by saying it open by some unauthorized person so we can’t repair it. I just want to tell you I get frusted with your service. This was my first purchased and I want to tell you I am totally unsatisfied with your service and product quality both. Kindly tell me what you are going to do to solve my problem. If possible kindly replace this product with another one.
