[Resolved] Videocon — No service | |||
Hello, I have made a complaint about the loss of signal for my dish. I have raised complaint on 21 may 2016 and the complaint num is[protected]. No engineer has called me. No progress in resolving the issue. Called the customer care people.. Every time I call them, they say that they are escalating the issue with high priority and the issue gets solved by 8 working hours. Its been 5 days since I made first complaint and the engineer have not called me. I dont understand why the engineers delay in such a way and making the reputation of videocon bad. It is very frustating for us to call the customer care people daily and listen to thier false promises. Why is this taking so much time. There is no updates about the complaint.
