[Resolved] Videocon — Poor customer care interactions . | |||||
Dear sir /mam am following with customer care for my account update science 15 days for the below customer ID[protected]. Am not getting any positive approach or results with this follow ups . For sending mails they are having time but updating balance they doesn't have time . Its V2H responsibility to update and keep customer satisfied. Calling 100times customer care is of no use .
