The Manager Customer Care 10.8.16 Videocon D2h Service Dear Sir, Ref: Clint ID[protected] : Mob No.[protected] Sub: Poor I would like to draw your kind attention that I have availed your D2h facility a two years back and making the monthly Rent of Rs.225/- uninterruptedly but regret to inform that for the past 3 months we could not view the Tamil channels clearly and there are some technical problems like audio breakage and despite of our repeated complaints made to your Customer care department yet it has not so far been cleared and they are demanding Rs.200/- towards rectification charges and hence, I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and instruct your technical persons to rectify our problem immediately.
