[Resolved] Videocon — Product error/no signal customer id[protected], complaint nos:[protected],[protected] | |||
To, customer care videcon d2h, I have not received any call from the engineer yet. It has been 1 week since the signal problem. I am calling the call centre twice every day since yesterday and i get the same answer. Sometimes they say issue will be resolved in 8 hrs and sometimes in 24 hrs. I would like to officially raise this matter with whoever is in charge of customer care. If the services is not resumed i would be discontinuing the connection.
