[Resolved] Videocon — Recharge on wrong phone number | |||||
Hi, I was trying to recharge my videocon d2h account on 13 oct 2016 at around 10:50pm on registered phone number [protected] but due to confusion in customer id and phone number it got recharged on registered phone number [protected] on Mr Jatin Nath's account with an amount of Rs 500.I immediately called customer care and they asked me to send an email.kindly refund the money asap.I lost that chrome page so I dont have any screenshot .Please help with this issue.
