Videocon — Recharging cable tv connetcion | |||
I am consumer no 39346647. I had recharged my cable connection on 20/07/2015 @ 2893/- for one year. the validity was till 1st September, 2016. Now tha company tells that rates have been revised from March, 2016 so I am getting validity till 31st May, 2016. My complaint is this that as per norms rates are applied from the date of revision but rates are not imposed from older dates i.e. for old customers. I have lodge three complaints[protected],[protected], and[protected] on dated 13/03/16;20/03/16; and 15/04/16 respectively with videocon, Each time they responde d me that complaint has been resolved but I did not get the validity which was given me on the date of recharging. They also told me that I have taken the music service Bu it was given to me without my cosent. For this they given me three days extra validity(Previously 28 May, now till till 31st May. Now they have put through my phone to Tamil version so I cound not understand the language and made any furthe complaints. their service representative/executives have accepted the mistake. We would like to inform you that your due date is changed due to activation of Add On smart service & same was activated on basis of IVR call done from our end on your RTN & after receiving confirmation prompt from your end same Add On was activated on Aug 21st 2015 also confirmation SMS regarding activation of this Add On was sent on your RTN, since then we have not received any request for deactivation of this Add on from your end.
Further we would like to inform you that this service remained activated on your account for 7 months, however same has been already cancelled on Mar 13th 2016 as per your request & please be informed we cannot process for any waiver/credit from our end in this case.
