[Resolved] Videocon — Regarding signal not available | |||||
Sir/madam In last month my videocon d2h is relocated to new flat. and your engineer came and started videocon d2h. but yesterday my videocon d2h show signal not available and i call to customer care for same they said charges will be applicable. so in last month i paid charges for same and again this month i have to pay charge. In fact last month your so called engineer came, installation done that person only... It's your fault while it is not properly installed... Was this information helpful? | |||||
