Sir/madam
In last month my videocon d2h is relocated to new flat. and your engineer came and started videocon d2h. but yesterday my videocon d2h show signal not available and i call to customer care for same they said charges will be applicable. so in last month i paid charges for same and again this month i have to pay charge. In fact last month your so called engineer came, installation done that person only...
It's your fault while it is not properly installed...
