Dear sir, I have purchase & installed Videocon D2h connection in may house on May 2015 . my remote is not working last 1 month. I am contact to person of installed Videocon D2h dis in my house but he has not received the call. Request you to please change my remote at the earliest. Please do the needful. Please be noted that currently your product is out of warranty and therefore as a company service policy there will be service visit charge of Rs. 170/- applicable and In case of any defective part/product replacement required necessary charges will be communicated by the service engineer during the time of visit.
