However, I have been given a used remote, instead of a new remote. I had complained about this ten days earlier, but I'm not getting any response from this person. I would like to place a complaint about your customer representative, having mobile phone no: [protected] who has given me a used remote, instead of a new remote. Please let me know by when I can expect to get a new remote. If I don't get any response from your end, I will be forced to take legal action against Videocon.
