[Resolved] Videocon — Signal error | |||
Dear sir, Please note that from last few days i am facing problem with videocon d2h, as error message "signal lost" I have called your service center couple of times, they say engineer ill visit. But after calling engineer personally for 2 -3 times, no one visit to repair the same. I am fedup with the product. I am totally unhappy with the product & the services. If you are unable to give us services please return us our money back, & take back your product. Please note that i will not refer anyone to buy videocon d2h products., also will spread on al social sites about the bad services you are providing. If the problem is not resolved within one week time, please make a note that i can also approach consumer court for not providing customer support although the product in warranty.
