Dear sir, I am the customer of videocon d2h since last 07 years. This is first time happen to me. My tv was not working since 19 jun 2016 morning and i have complain the same on same day morning. I was assured that service engineer will come with in 24 hrs. But its 33 hrs but there is no service engineer will come to check the tv. I was also call to the service engineer 4-5 times but he was also have same answer that i will come after an hour. Please look into the matter seriously & do the needful.
