[Resolved] Videocon — Videocon D2H | |||||
I have a videocn d2h connection. I must say it is the most incompetent service provider I have known. I have two connections one in Bombay and other one in Pune. I told them to transfer my balance of from my Bombay customerid to my Pune customerid. I called them and they committed it shall be done within 24 hours and it has been 2 and half weeks. I would have literally called them not less than 10 times and same commitment is given but no action. This is pure harassment as I am not getting the service I have paid for. I am not able to watch my television with Videcon D2h connection since 2 weeks. Plus the backend team is so incompetent they do not know the basis of the service they are providing. I plan to go to consumer court for the same. I do not believe Mr. Dhoot has such incompetent people on his payrolls. Was this information helpful? | |||||
