Videocon — Videocon d2h flexi pack 99 - unethical behaviour | |||||
I was attracted by the 99 flexi pack package and i got a new videocon d2h connection on 28th march 2016, however from the day one i noticed i was activated with south silver sports pack with addon hd channels and while enquired with the dealer about why i was activated not activated with flexi pack, i was informed that this was an offer and from next month i can change my basic pack to 99 flexi pack by calling customer care. But now while i requested the customer care to change my basic pack to flexi pack 99. I was informed that the pack is available only for new customer and not available for me. This was not informed to be while taking new connection last month and even in web site it does not states so that it is applicable only to new customer as on today. I have opted to select videocon d2h only for the reason flexi pack 99 and thought of addon with additional packages. The website and the sales person are completely misleading and felt like i am cheated. Please take necessary steps to change my basic pack to 99 flexi pack. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We would like to inform you that your request for package change to “D2h Flexi Pack” cannot be processed as the same is not applicable to South subscriber however, we have produced to “South Silver Lite” pack which cost is Rs. 195/- per month, please confirm back to us to process your request on priority in this regard.
