[Resolved] Videocon — Videocon D2H HD set top box issue | |||||
I'm using videocon d2h from past 5 yrs never had any issue till last Saturday(8 oct 2016). I upgraded my digital set top box to HD and it was installed in no time the same day within half an hour of installation the channels went blank n set top box stopped working, complained to the customer care and they said the conversion to HD is taking place so it'll start working the next day from afternoon, from Saturday till today (14 oct 2016) there is no sign of set top box working in between this numerous phone calls n complaints were done one of the engineer visited on Tuesday(11 oct 2016) to the house and verified and told the set top box has an error and he'll install the new set top box next day and next day he says there is shortage of set top boxes so need to wait. I'm waiting & waiting nothing fruitful & pathetic executives don't have common idea of speaking with the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
