Have done NEW GOLD SPORTS ([protected]) Rs.365 recharge and also add Marathi add-on to this recharge, which is showing added in my account (on your site) but channels are not getting telecast on set top box since last 3 days.
Have done 8-9 calls (Total call time 1 hr) to your customer care by using non toll free number (because I am in Mumbai and your set top box is in Sindhudurg) which cost me because of you inefficient services. Non of your customer care office resolve my query, few cut the call in between, few kept it on hold, few assured me resolution and technician visit, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED.

This is happening every month when I do recharge. Have to call customer care to refresh account to get benefit of recharge. Why you need call to refresh account? Is your site and setop box are controlled by two different orgnisations? In which age your organisation technology is working, you can’t resolve such small issue. First of all why this issue should occur?

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED DUE TO BELOW

1. Post recharges have to call customer care: to get my telecast started on setop box. Why is it so? Doesn’t your recharge mean activation of services? Or you consider yourself Government organisation that needs several applications to do their duty. Do you think customers have all the time in the world for your good for nothing recharge?

2. Good for nothing recharges: You have very few recharges and using along with add-on services is again big headache even for well educated people. And your guys are selling D2h in villages.

EVERY TIME HAVE TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMER CARE TO REFRESH ACCOUNT TO GET BENEFIT OF RECHARGE once I do it. Also same for Add-ons done on base recharge. Don’t you have any automatic system to do it. Do you want customer to call you every month post doing recharge. What will uneducated customer do?

3. Customer service – who are your executive and technical team. Are they all uneducated of 10th passed. Don’t have any brain, don’t understand what customer is speaking or customer problem.

There Moto is to finish call by fooling customer and informing them “thigs cannot be done due to some blah blah blah blha etc”. Your customer service does not believe in resolving queries or in customer satisfaction they just here to do false promises and fool the customer. They behave like government officers.

4. http://www.videocond2h.com/ : your portal is not at all user friendly. Till date don’t understand how to do recharge from your site. Have to surf for hours to do single non sense recharge of yours. Same thig with add-on recharges. Have to check channel list of recharge on some other sites. Can’t you design one single user friendly site?

5. Bad telecast: Rain, clouds, air everything affect you setop box and telecast get affected. Are you telecasting form Mars? Can’t give good telecast without interruptions.

Who the hell is going to pay for 3-4 telecast laps and my calling charge to you customer care, also for my highly dissatisfaction and for waste of my precious time.

DO THE NEEDFUL TO RESOLVE MY MARATHI ADDON RELATED ISSUE AND IF POSSIBLE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES OR ELSE CUSTOMER FORUM IS NEARBY AND OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE OFFERING GREAT SERVICES.

Do not trouble my parents by calling on registered number because they are in Sindhudurg and not much educated to understand your mischief.
