[Resolved] Videocon — Videocon D2H - Recharge Payment Issues | |||||
I recharged my Videocon D2H account on 15.08.16 for Rs.500. The payment was successful while the recharge has failed. My bank account got debited while my Videocon account has not been recharged. When I contacted customer care immediately which is an useless one (they just run our time and call goes on for 10 mins each time connecting to their supervisor), they said the server is under maintenance and the issue will get sorted out in 24-36 hours. I got no response from their side until 2 days. I mailed them stating the issue again and they said the issue will be sorted out in 8-10 days. The days past but I got no reply from their side. When I again contacted them, they said me to follow with the concerned card issuing bank. The bank has clearly said it is not their fault and the bank has been credited to Videocon. While Videocon has given no response for my query yet. I request you to take an action against these people who swindle our money. Complaint No:[protected] Payment Reference No: [protected] Customer No:[protected] To get back this money of ₹500, I have already spent ₹100 for their customer care calls. I want my money to be credited back to my Videocon account as soon as possible. I will happily disconnect my services immediately. I don't want to use their services anymore.
