I have so helpless. I bought tv few months ago but now tv panel problem about one months+ problem. I complain 14 september and now 6 october. Problem not solve yet. Dealer and services center not help me. My tv name is videocon 40' led. I bought it rs 36000 for my mother. But now problem 1 months plus. I complained 100+ but no result. Please help me. Dealer behavior so bad. My need justice. Why tv not solve 14 sept to 6 october? Why any services man not came in my home? Why customer told its will be solve within 24 hours? My need report 14 september to 6 october work report. If india gov help us its good for people. I want to give punish to dealer. Please solve the problem urgent. I bought 50 inch LED tv of Videocon (Model No. VNB50Q519SA) from Vijay Sales on 22.10.2016. on 29.10.2016 i.e. within one week, I observed an vertical line on the extreme left side of the screen. I send a mail on customer care on 22.10.16 but there was not reply or acknowledgement from service team. Then I called on customer service No. on 31.10.2016 and got the complaint reference No. THA[protected] and informed it will be resolved immediately (Hrs informed in Hindi but I didn't understand) today is 02.11.04 midnight, no revert from service centre.
My question is how the unit is released with poor quality. How it will function for next 10 year (expected life). What is the service guarantee from Videocon?
I demand either take back the unit or replace the unit with new one. I do not believe in your service or performance after your service.
