[Resolved] Vijaya Bank — atm did not dispense cash | |||
I used my icici bank atm card to withdraw cash from vijaya bank, pimple saudagar branch pune. The atm processed the request but before it could dispense cash, it shut down. I waited for 5 mins. But it did not turn back on and neither did it dispense my cash which got deducted from my account. Cctvs can be checked to confirm my presence. How and when will i get my money back? Hi am praveena. I transferred amount through vijaya bank mobile banking. But the transaction was failed but my amount Rs.500 was deducted. Now what I do. Please help me. I need my money back. So plz consider my msg and solve it as soon as possible. My account number [protected]. Cuddalore branch.
